Cinnamon and Sugar Bagel Chips

These delicious Cinnamon and Sugar Bagel Chips are great for snacking on and they taste so good and are very moreish...
I'm always on the hunt for something new and tasty to snack on. These *Bagel chips by Udi's Gluten Free are so good and definitely leave you wanting more. They are lovely and sweet and are nice and crunchy. I love having these for lunch with a sandwich or just on their own as a snack. Mmmm, they are making me hungry just looking at the photos of them! You could also use these with maybe a dip, or you could add a little butter on them, although I haven't tried this, but they are delicious just on their own. I love the whole combination of cinnamon and sugar along with the crunchiness of them. These bagel chips are great to place on the table if you are having some friends over or having a party. You can also get plain bagel chips, I haven't tried them ones yet, but I've heard very good things about them.

Tiger Bloomer Lunch | Dairy Wheat and Gluten Free

Looking for something tasty for lunch? This Tiger Bloomer is soft, delicious and just so good...
Being a huge fan of Udi's Gluten Free products, the Tiger Bloomer is one of my most favourites. The bread is delicious, lovely and soft and is great for a quick and easy lunch. In the photos above all I did was slice off some of the Tiger Bloomer, toast it slightly and then add some dairy, wheat and gluten free cheese spread, (my favourite is the one by Violife,) some lettuce and sliced tomatoes, (I love tomatoes.) You can add anything you like on top of the bread for a quick and easy lunch. You could also pop the bread with toppings of your choice on a griddle pan or in the oven, for a nice crunchy bruschetta style lunch. 

Another thing I love to do is slice off some of the bread and then spread some free from butter on to it and pop in the microwave for a few seconds until warm. The butter melts on the bread and tastes so good. Definitely one of my comfort foods.

Winter Fruit Crumble

If your looking for something warm and tasty to have on a cold winters night, I highly recommend making this crumble...

This is my first food post of 2016 and I just had to share this with you. Above in the photos I made a Winter Fruit Crumble. I actually took this recipe from Udi's 12 Days Of Christmas recipes, but I slightly changed it a little. I used the Udi's Cranberry Granola to make this crumble. This granola is definitely one of my favourites, it's so delicious. I decided to use apples for the filling of my crumble. All you need to make this crumble is - Udi's Cranberry Granola, apples (or you can use different types of fruit.) I also added a little sugar and water to the crumble too.

This is super quick and easy to make, I cooked it until the granola was golden, I think I popped it in the oven for about 20 mins. You can also cook the fruit first, before adding the granola on top.

Happy New Year

Happy new year. It's January 1st, this is my first post of 2016. How quick this last year has gone. Here are my resolutions and goals...
Unfortunately I didn't quite get to finish Blogmas, as I come down with a virus a few days before Christmas day. But thankfully I'm feeling better now, although it still hasn't quite gone just yet. Every year I try and think of some new year resolutions and goals that I want to make, such things like, eat healthy, do some exercise etc. The thing is, when I make these resolutions, I don't always stick to them. The healthy eating lasts for about a couple of months but old habits kick in. I do try though and end up having some healthy eating days and some not so healthy eating days. But for 2016 there are three main things that I want to achieve throughout this year and throughout the following years.

1. Good health.
Rather than making one of my new years resolutions to be to just eat healthier, my resolution and goal is to try and achieve good health in general. If you have read my 'about me' section, you may know that I have different health conditions. My goal is to be able to get myself to where I feel better in myself. Although these conditions won't go away, I want to be able to make myself feel more comfortable with these conditions. I'm not going to cut out the sweet stuff altogether as sometimes it's good to have what we fancy, but at the same time I can change my diet to eat food that is better for me. Its also like getting fit, I'm not going to go and get a gym membership, because I know for a fact that it would never get used, but there are certain things I can do for example, going for a walk, and just be a bit more active. 

2. Happiness.
I want to try and be more happy, to not moan as much. To me, this means being more happy in general about everything, for example this includes, being more happier with myself. I'm not the most confident of people and sometimes my anxiety get the better of me. But I want to be able to love me, for me. I want to be able to portray this through my blog, I am going to be writing posts that make me happy writing them, not writing posts just for the sake of it. It's things like these that will make me happy, so I am going to pursue them. Another thing that I want to do this year is that I would love to make some new friends, this is something that will make me very happy. 

3. Do well at University.
Doing well at University is something that means so much to me. I want to be able to achieve my dream career in the near future. I love going to Uni, and I'm currently studying two of my favourite subjects, Audio for Visual Production and Radio. Being at Uni has enabled me to gain in confidence and for that I am very grateful. I have learnt so much over the last year and a half and I can't wait to learn lots more.
